Shipping & Delivery

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. 

Most items are received within 1 to 2 days, although in very rare cases things can take a little longer. 

We have warehouses all over the UK. Orders of multiple items may be dispatched as separate shipments from different locations. So please do not be alarmed if your multi-item order arrives as separate shipments. 

We ship most items with DPD and YODEL. Some larger items such as Grow Tents are delivered by DX. On occasion, we may ship small, non fragile items such as gardening tools and accessories by Evri. If you have a particular preference of delivery service, please let us know. 

 

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, if the product is unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. 

If the item title shows preorder for your country, your order is preordered. Usually, preorders will ship out 2 weeks after you placed the order.

 

NOTE: Island and remote address

For some countries, the zip code is in a remote region, and the carrier will charge an additional remote shipping fee. So sometimes you might get an email from us for the additional fee.

 

About International Shipment

1, We offer Fast shipping via DHL, GLS, or other couriers within 24 hours after we got your order(Business days).

2, After the order is processed, allow 4 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you.

3, If your tracking number hasn’t been updated in 5 days, please contact us to check it.
